SHIPPING POLICY: NUTRIMUCH


Nutrimuch (operated by Regave Traders LLP) endeavours to deliver products to all regions within the territory of India in good condition through our trusted logistics service providers.


1. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES


We strive to get your healthy snacks to you as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery times are as follows:


Local Orders (Thane/Mumbai Region): 2–3 working days.
Outstation Orders: 3–7 working days.
JK, North East India & Kerala: 5–9 working days.
Note: We ship on all days from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.


2. ORDER TRACKING


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the details of the tracking number and the courier company processing your order.
You can typically track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched.
Please note that updates may occasionally be delayed due to issues beyond our reasonable control (e.g., technical issues with the logistics company, weather disruptions, or force majeure events such as strikes or lockouts).


3. SHIPPING CHARGES


Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, weight, and delivery location. All applicable shipping charges will be made clearly visible to you on the www.nutrimuch.in platform before you finalize your order. These charges may vary from time to time based on promotional offers or logistics costs.


4. DELIVERY ATTEMPT


Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver the package. In the event that the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts due to the customer being unavailable or providing an incorrect address, the package may be returned to our warehouse.
